AB36-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB36-AA3,1,4 1. Page 2, line 8: on lines 8 and 9, delete "defining "medical expenses"" and substitute "specifying the criteria that shall be used to determine the medical expenses related to the settlement, panel award or judgment".

AB36-AA3,1,7 2. Page 2, line 10: delete lines 10 and 11 and substitute: "of health care. The payments shall be made under the system until either the amount is exhausted or the patient dies.".
