AB36-SSA1-SA6,1,3 " Section 5m. 655.255 of the statutes is created to read:

AB36-SSA1-SA6,1,10 655.255 Reduction in health care liability insurance premiums. An insurer that offered health care liability insurance before the effective date of this section .... [revisor inserts date], shall reduce the premium rate under any policy of that health care liability insurance that the insurer issues or renews on or after the effective date of this section .... [revisor inserts date], by the same percentage that the limit on total noneconomic damages recoverable for an occurrence of bodily injury or death under s. 893.55 (4) (d) is reduced from $1,000,000.".
