AB37-ASA1-AA14,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB37-ASA1-AA14,1,2 1. Page 5, line 2: after that line insert:

AB37-ASA1-AA14,1,3 " Section 7m. 11.24 (1s) of the statutes is created to read:

AB37-ASA1-AA14,1,6 11.24 (1s) (a) In this subsection, "in-kind contribution" means a disbursement made by a contributor to procure a thing of value or service for the benefit of a registrant who or which authorizes the disbursement to be made.

AB37-ASA1-AA14,1,11 (b) No person may make an in-kind contribution exceeding $100 in amount or value to a candidate or personal campaign committee unless the candidate who benefits from the contribution or another individual who is authorized by that candidate first provides that person with written authorization to make the contribution on behalf of that candidate.".
