AB37-ASA1-AA18,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the amendment as follows:

AB37-ASA1-AA18,1,2 1. Page 1, line 5: after "law" insert "and providing a penalty".

AB37-ASA1-AA18,1,3 2. Page 10, line 13: after that line insert:

AB37-ASA1-AA18,1,4 " Section 18m. 11.60 (3m) of the statutes is created to read:

AB37-ASA1-AA18,1,11 11.60 (3m) Notwithstanding sub. (1), if a committee which or individual who is required to file an oath under s. 11.06 (7) files a report under this chapter that overstates or understates the total amount of disbursements made or obligations incurred by the individual or committee in support of or in opposition to any candidate in a campaign, as defined in s. 11.26 (17), by more than $500, the individual or committee shall forfeit the amount overstated or understated in excess of $500.".
