AB37-ASA1-AA20,1,2 1. Page 10, line 2: after that line insert:

AB37-ASA1-AA20,1,3 " Section 17g. 11.50 (2) (b) 3m. of the statutes is created to read:

AB37-ASA1-AA20,1,7 11.50 (2) (b) 3m. The cash balance in the candidate's campaign depository account on the applicable deadline specified in par. (a) does not exceed the disbursement limitation applicable to the office that the candidate seeks under s. 11.31 (2);

AB37-ASA1-AA20, s. 17r Section 17r. 11.50 (2) (cm) of the statutes is created to read:

AB37-ASA1-AA20,1,14 11.50 (2) (cm) For the purposes of par. (b) 3m., the board shall use the cash balance of a candidate reported under s. 11.06 (1) as of the preceding June 30 to determine the cash balance on the applicable date specified in par. (a) unless the candidate files a special report, no later than 14 days after that applicable date, on a form prescribed by the board, indicating a different cash balance on that applicable date.".
