AB37-ASA1-AA22,1,3 " Section 13k. 11.261 of the statutes is created to read:

AB37-ASA1-AA22,1,11 11.261 Certain nonresident contributions prohibited. No candidate may accept any contribution or contributions cumulatively in a campaign, as defined in s. 11.26 (17), exceeding $20 from any committee which or individual who does not maintain an address within this state. This section does not apply to a contribution received by a candidate from a member of his or her immediate family, as defined in s. 19.42 (7). No personal campaign committee of a candidate or support committee of a candidate authorized under s. 11.05 (3) (p) may accept a contribution that the candidate is prohibited from accepting under this section.".
