AB37-ASA1-AA26,1,2 1. Page 1, line 13: after that line insert:

AB37-ASA1-AA26,1,3 " Section 2m. 11.05 (3) (n) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB37-ASA1-AA26,1,7 11.05 (3) (n) In the case of a labor organization, separate segregated fund under s. 11.38 (1) (a) 2. or conduit established by a labor organization, a statement as to whether the organization is incorporated, and if so, the date of incorporation and whether or not such incorporation is under ch. 181.".

AB37-ASA1-AA26,1,9 " Section 15p. 11.38 (1) (a) 2. of the statutes is repealed and created to read:

AB37-ASA1-AA26,1,13 11.38 (1) (a) 2. No foreign or domestic corporation or association organized under ch. 185 may expend any money or provide any service for the purpose of establishing or administering a political committee or soliciting contributions to a political committee or conduit.

AB37-ASA1-AA26, s. 15q Section 15q. 11.38 (1) (a) 3. of the statutes is repealed.".
