AB37-ASA1-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB37-ASA1-AA4,1,2 1. Page 9, line 10: delete lines 10 to 17 and substitute:

AB37-ASA1-AA4,1,13 "11.395 Contributions limited during certain periods. (1) No individual who receives a contribution and who is a candidate for a partisan state office which the individual holds at the time the contribution is received may accept that contribution or other contributions cumulatively made by any individual or committee exceeding $100 in amount or value per individual or per committee if the contribution or contributions are made during the period commencing on the first Monday in January of each odd-numbered year and ending with the date of enactment of the biennial budget act. No personal campaign committee or support committee authorized under s. 11.05 (3) (p) of an individual who is prohibited from accepting a contribution under this section may accept a contribution that the individual is prohibited from accepting.".
