AB393-AA2-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the amendment as follows:

AB393-AA2-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 11: delete "implement" and substitute "propose".

AB393-AA2-AA1,1,12 2. Page 1, line 13: after the first period insert: "The secretary shall submit a written description of any proposed project to the cochairpersons of the joint committee on finance. If the cochairpersons of the committee do not notify the secretary that the committee has scheduled a meeting for the purpose of reviewing the proposed project within 14 working days after the date of the secretary's submittal, the project may be implemented as proposed by the secretary. If, within 14 working days after the date of the secretary's submittal, the cochairpersons of the committee notify the secretary that the committee has scheduled a meeting for the purpose of reviewing the proposed project, the project may be implemented only upon approval of the committee.".
