AB393-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB393-AA3,1,3 1. Page 2, line 10: on lines 10 and 11, delete "appointed by the secretary of administration".

AB393-AA3,1,4 2. Page 2, line 12: delete lines 12 and 13 and substitute:

AB393-AA3,1,7 "1. The chief operating engineer of a heating and cooling plant operated by each agency which operates a heating and cooling plant, except the board of regents of the University of Wisconsin System, appointed by that agency.

AB393-AA3,1,10 1m. Two representatives of the board of regents of the University of Wisconsin System, who shall be chief operating engineers of heating and cooling plants operated by the board of regents, appointed by the board of regents.".

AB393-AA3,1,12 3. Page 2, line 16: after "agencies" insert: ", appointed by the secretary of administration".

AB393-AA3,1,14 4. Page 2, line 17: delete "Any other individual" and substitute: "Not more than 2 other individuals".

AB393-AA3,1,15 5. Page 2, line 17: after "secretary" insert "of administration".

AB393-AA3,2,1 6. Page 2, line 19: after "management" insert: ", appointed by the secretary".
