AB416-ASA2-AA1,1,2 1. Page 7, line 12: before "A" insert "(a)".

AB416-ASA2-AA1,1,3 2. Page 7, line 15: delete "A" and substitute:

AB416-ASA2-AA1,1,4 "(b) Except as provided in par. (c), a".

AB416-ASA2-AA1,1,5 3. Page 7, line 18: substitute "1." for "(a)".

AB416-ASA2-AA1,1,6 4. Page 7, line 22: substitute "2." for "(b)".

AB416-ASA2-AA1,1,7 5. Page 7, line 25: delete that line and substitute:

AB416-ASA2-AA1,1,11 "(c) Notwithstanding par. (b) 1. and 2., a group health benefit plan, or a self-insured health plan, shall exclude pregnancy from the definition of a preexisting condition for the purpose of coverage of expenses related to prenatal and postnatal care, delivery and any complications of pregnancy.".
