AB441-ASA1-AA14, s. 11k Section 11k. 947.013 (1) (ab) of the statutes is created to read:

AB441-ASA1-AA14,1,5 947.013 (1) (ab) "Abortion" has the meaning given in s. 253.10 (2) (a).

AB441-ASA1-AA14, s. 11L Section 11L. 947.013 (1y) of the statutes is created to read:

AB441-ASA1-AA14,2,2 947.013 (1y) Whoever, with intent to harass or intimidate a physician, as defined in s. 448.01 (5), who performs or induces abortions, a patient who contemplates receiving or has received an abortion or a member of the staff of a facility that provides abortion services, engages in a course of conduct or repeatedly commits acts that harass or intimidate the physician, patient or staff member and that serve no legitimate purpose, including by gaining access to a record of local or state government that contains personally identifiable information regarding the physician, patient or staff member in order to facilitate the harassment or intimidation, is guilty of a Class D felony.".
