AB441-SA19,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB441-SA19,1,2 1. Page 8, line 16: on lines 16 and 17, delete "by the physician".

AB441-SA19,1,3 2. Page 9, line 14: after that line insert:

AB441-SA19,1,5 "(dm) "Medical professional" means a physician, a physician assistant or a registered nurse.

AB441-SA19,1,6 (dr) "Physician assistant" has the meaning given in s. 448.01 (6).".

AB441-SA19,1,7 3. Page 9, line 18: delete "the physician who is to".

AB441-SA19,1,9 4. Page 9, line 19: delete that line and substitute: "a medical professional and any".

AB441-SA19,1,11 5. Page 9, line 22: on lines 22 and 23, delete "who is to perform or induce an abortion".

AB441-SA19,1,12 6. Page 10, line 14: delete that line and substitute: "medical professional".
