AB441-SA9,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB441-SA9,1,3 1. Page 8, line 23: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 9, line 2, and substitute:

AB441-SA9,1,9 "(a) "Abortion" means the use of any means to terminate the clinically diagnosable pregnancy of a woman with the knowledge that the termination by those means will, with reasonable likelihood, cause the death of the unborn child, except that "abortion" does not mean the use of an intrauterine device or birth control pill to inhibit or prevent ovulation, fertilization or the implantation of a fertilized ovum within the uterus.".
