AB502-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB502-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 4: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 2, line 2, and substitute:

AB502-AA1,1,4 " Section 1m. 40.02 (3) (c) of the statutes is created to read:

AB502-AA1,1,8 40.02 (3) (c) For an educational support personnel employe who terminates participating employment on or after July 1, 1997, it means the period beginning on July 1 and ending on the following June 30. This paragraph applies to periods beginning after June 30, 1997.".

AB502-AA1,1,9 2. Page 2, line 7: delete lines 7 to 10.
