AB545-ASA1-AA1, s. 6d Section 6d. 635.02 (5m) (b) of the statutes is created to read:

AB545-ASA1-AA1,1,7 635.02 (5m) (b) Notwithstanding par. (a) 2. and 3., "qualifying coverage" does not include a high cost-share health plan, as defined in s. 632.898 (1) (c), that is linked to a medical savings account, as described in s. 632.898.".
