AB545-ASA2-AA7,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB545-ASA2-AA7,1,3 1. Page 2, line 6: after "632.898," insert: "and any amount deposited in such an account by the employer's employe for whom the account is established,".

AB545-ASA2-AA7,1,5 2. Page 5, line 3: after the comma insert: "and the employe for whom the account is established".

AB545-ASA2-AA7,1,7 3. Page 5, line 5: delete "such an employer" and substitute "an employer under par. (a)".

AB545-ASA2-AA7,1,10 4. Page 5, line 10: delete that line and substitute: "Except for the deposits specified in this paragraph and any deposits made by the employe for whom the account is established, no other deposits may be made in the account.".

AB545-ASA2-AA7,1,11 5. Page 5, line 17: after that line insert:

AB545-ASA2-AA7,1,13 "(dm) An employe for whom a medical savings account is established may, but is not required to, make deposits of any amount in the account.".

AB545-ASA2-AA7,2,1 6. Page 6, line 22: after "employer" insert ", as well as the employe,".
