AB545-SA2,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 2, as follows:

AB545-SA2,1,3 1. Page 3, line 20: before that line insert:

AB545-SA2,1,7 "(a) "Abortion" means the use of an instrument, medicine, drug or other substance or device with intent to terminate the pregnancy of a woman known to be pregnant and with intent other than to increase the probability of a live birth, to preserve the life or health of the infant after live birth or to remove a dead fetus.".

AB545-SA2,1,8 2. Page 3, line 20: substitute "(am)" for "(a)".

AB545-SA2,1,10 3. Page 7, line 6: before the period insert: "but excluding expenses that relate to an abortion".
