AB546-SA1,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 1, as follows:

AB546-SA1,1,4 1. Page 2, line 10: on that line, as affected by assembly amendment 4, after "if" insert "all of the following apply".

AB546-SA1,1,6 2. Page 2, line 11: delete "or change in agricultural use or practice", as inserted by assembly amendment 4.

AB546-SA1,1,7 3. Page 2, line 12: delete "or adjacent" and substitute "adjacent".

AB546-SA1,1,8 4. Page 2, line 20: after that line insert:

AB546-SA1,1,10 "(am) Paragraph (a) applies without regard to whether a change in agricultural use or agricultural practice is alleged to have contributed to the nuisance.".
