AB546-SA3,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill , as shown by assembly substitute amendment 1, as follows:

AB546-SA3,1,3 1. Page 1, line 4: before that line insert:

AB546-SA3,1,4 " Section 1g. 709.015 of the statutes is created to read:

AB546-SA3,1,10 709.015 Disclosure on limitations to sue for nuisances. In regard to transfers described in s. 709.01, the owner of the property shall furnish to all prospective buyers of the property, a notice that the prospective buyer's rights to bring an action for nuisances may be limited by s. 823.08, if the owner, in good faith, believes the use of the property may be affected by the agricultural use or agricultural practices on property located near the owner's property.".
