AB554-AA5,1,2 1. Page 17, line 12: after that line insert:

AB554-AA5,1,7 "(7) State concentration limit. The commissioner may not approve any transaction under sub. (3) (a) if, upon consummation of the transaction, the applicant would control a greater percentage of the total amount of deposits of insured depository institutions in the state than the percentage specified under 12 USC 1842 (d) (2) (B) (ii).".

AB554-AA5,1,10 " Section 29s. 221.59 (7) of the statutes, as created by 1995 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), is amended to read:
