AB557-ASA1-AA2,1,2 1. Page 3, line 19: after the semicolon insert "use of social security numbers;".

AB557-ASA1-AA2,1,3 2. Page 57, line 5: after that line insert:

AB557-ASA1-AA2,1,4 " Section 143m. 343.022 of the statutes is created to read:

AB557-ASA1-AA2,1,10 343.022 Requesting social security numbers. Except as provided in s. 343.14 (2) (b), the department may not require an individual, for the purposes of chs. 340 to 349 and 351, to disclose his or her social security number, but may request an individual to disclose his or her social security number to assist the department in accessing his or her records if the department informs the individual that he or she may refuse to disclose the number.".
