AB557-ASA1-AA6,1,2 1. Page 86, line 8: after that line insert:

AB557-ASA1-AA6,1,9 "(10j) Resurfacing of STH 29. The department of transportation shall resurface, in the 1995-97 fiscal biennium, that portion of STH 29 beginning at the village of Bonduel and ending at the town of Angelica to reduce noise levels created by traffic and to level the surface of the highway. This subsection applies only to that portion of STH 29 that will remain STH 29 after completion of 4-lane construction. The department shall expend from the appropriations under section 20.395 (3) (cq), (cv) and (cx) sums sufficient for the resurfacing required under this subsection.".
