AB557-ASA2-AA10,1,6 "(5t) Major highway projects. Any reductions in funding or resulting delays in construction for major highway projects under section 84.013 of the statutes, as affected by this act, in the 1995-97 fiscal biennium shall be apportioned among the major highway projects proportionately on an equitable basis.".
