AB557-ASA2-AA2,1,8 84.013 (4m) The department of transportation may not begin construction of any major highway project under this section after the effective date of this subsection .... [revisor inserts date], until construction is completed on all major highway projects under this section that are 37% completed as of the effective date of this subsection .... [revisor inserts date].".
