AB557-ASA2-AA7,1,8 "(3tx) Study of commuter rail service. The department of transportation shall conduct a study on the feasibility of extending commuter rail service between the state of Illinois and the cities of Beloit and Janesville. The department shall submit a report summarizing its findings and recommendations no later than July 1, 1996, to the appropriate standing committees in the manner provided under section 13.172 (3) of the statutes.".
