AB557-SA1-SA11,1,5 1. Page 3, line 15: after "made" insert: "; and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $1,000,000 and increase the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $1,000,000 to increase funding for the purpose of erecting noise barriers.".

AB557-SA1-SA11,1,8 2. Page 4, line 12: after "made" insert: "; and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $500,000 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $500,000 to decrease funding for the purpose of traffic enforcement.".
