AB591-ASA3-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB591-ASA3-AA2,1,2 1. Page 76, line 1: delete lines 1 to 4 and substitute:

AB591-ASA3-AA2,1,4 "(c) Employment relationship. A participant under this subsection is an employe of the Wisconsin works agency.".

AB591-ASA3-AA2,1,5 2. Page 79, line 21: delete "Benefit" and substitute "Benefit and wage".

AB591-ASA3-AA2,1,6 3. Page 79, line 23: before "benefits" insert "wages or".

AB591-ASA3-AA2,1,7 4. Page 80, line 5: delete lines 5 to 18 and substitute:

AB591-ASA3-AA2,1,10 "(b) Community service jobs. For a participant in a community service job, the minimum wage for each hour of participation in the community service job, not to exceed 40 hours per week, paid by the Wisconsin works agency.".
