AB591-ASA3-AA9,1,9 "(2t) Child welfare services. (a) Reports. The department shall maintain a record for each county detailing the number of children of each participant and former participant who first receive child welfare services after the participant or former participant began participating in Wisconsin works and the amount expended by each county on child welfare services for those children. The department shall coordinate with the department of health and family services in obtaining any information necessary for compiling the record.

AB591-ASA3-AA9,1,12 (b) Reimbursement to counties. From the appropriation under s. 20.445 (3) (dz), the department shall reimburse counties for 100% of the costs associated with providing child welfare services to the children detailed in the report under par. (a).".
