AB591-SA11,1,21 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute
2amendment 3, as follows:
AB591-SA11,1,4 31. Page 79, line 24: delete the material beginning with that line and ending
4with page 80, line 4, and substitute:
AB591-SA11,1,7 5"(a) Trial jobs. For a participant in a trial job, the amount established in the
6contract between the Wisconsin works agency and the trial job employer, but not less
7than the following:
AB591-SA11,1,118 1. In a county having a population of 70,000 or more, $7 for every hour actually
9worked in the trial job, not to exceed 40 hours per week, paid by the employer. Hours
10spent participating in education and training activities under s. 49.147 (3) (am) shall
11be included in determining the number of hours actually worked.
AB591-SA11,1,1512 2. In a county having a population under 70,000, $6 for every hour actually
13worked in the trial job, not to exceed 40 hours per week, paid by the employer. Hours
14spent participating in education and training activities under s. 49.147 (3) (am) shall
15be included in determining the number of hours actually worked.".
