AB591-SA2,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 3, as follows:

AB591-SA2,1,3 1. Page 75, line 1: after "hours." insert "1."; and after "in" insert "subd. 2. and".

AB591-SA2,1,4 2. Page 75, line 5: after that line insert:

AB591-SA2,1,8 "2. A participant under this subsection may elect to work additional hours in the community service job in lieu of participating in any required education or training activities. The total number of hours that a participant may work in a community service job may not exceed 40 hours per week.".

AB591-SA2,1,10 3. Page 77, line 20: after " hours." insert "1."; and after "in" insert "subd. 2. and".

AB591-SA2,1,11 4. Page 77, line 24: after that line insert:

AB591-SA2,1,15 "2. A participant under this subsection may elect to engage in activities under par. (b) 1. for additional hours in lieu of participating in any required education or training activities. The total number of hours that a participant may engage in activities under par. (b) 1. may not exceed 40 hours per week.".

AB591-SA2,2,3 "(b) Community service jobs. For a participant in a community service job, minimum wage for every hour actually worked, paid by the Wisconsin works agency.

AB591-SA2,2,6 (c) Transitional placements. For a participant in a transitional placement, minimum wage for every hour actually engaged in an activity under s. 49.147 (5) (b) 1., paid by the Wisconsin works agency.".
