AB591-SA3,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 3, as follows:

AB591-SA3,1,3 1. Page 89, line 23: after that line insert:

AB591-SA3,1,8 "(am) Children under 6. Notwithstanding par. (a), a child who is under 6 years of age and who is a member of a Wisconsin works group whose gross income is at or below 185% of the poverty line, or, for a child already receiving health care coverage under this section, who is a member of a Wisconsin works group whose gross income is at or below 200% of the poverty line.".

AB591-SA3,1,11 3. Page 90, line 4: substitute "a." for "1.".
