AB591-SA30,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 3, as follows:

AB591-SA30,1,3 1. Page 61, line 10: after that line insert:

AB591-SA30,1,9 "(11) Compilation of statistics. Beginning in 1998, the department shall submit an annual report to the legislature under s. 13.172 (2) no later than October 1 of each year. The report shall include statistics based on persons who ceased to be participants in the Wisconsin works program during the 12 months preceding the September 1 immediately preceding the date the report is required to be submitted, including statistics regarding all of the following:

AB591-SA30,1,11 (a) The average income of Wisconsin works groups, at the time that the individuals in the groups cease to be participants.

AB591-SA30,1,12 (b) The race, age and gender of individuals who cease to be participants.

AB591-SA30,1,14 (c) The number and age of dependent children in Wisconsin works groups at the time that the individuals in the groups cease to be participants.

AB591-SA30,1,16 (d) The number of individuals who cease to be participants because they move to another state.

AB591-SA30,2,1 (e) The number of participants who die.".
