AB591-SA8,1,4 2. Page 58, line 18: delete "(a)" and substitute "1.".

AB591-SA8,1,5 3. Page 58, line 21: delete "(b)" and substitute "2.".

AB591-SA8,1,6 4. Page 58, line 23: delete "(c)" and substitute "3.".

AB591-SA8,1,7 5. Page 58, line 24: after that line insert:

AB591-SA8,1,11 "(b) Any employer who operates a Wisconsin works employment position so as to fill a vacancy or position in violation of par. (a) may be fined not more than $2,000 and shall be ineligible to receive any other grant, loan or subsidy from this state for 5 years after the discovery of the violation.".
