AB591-SA9,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 3, as follows:

AB591-SA9,1,7 1. Page 61, line 22: delete lines 22 to 25 and substitute: "established by the department and has submitted a proposal that meets the criteria established by the department by rule. The contract shall be for a term of 2 years beginning on the date on which the department implements Wisconsin works in that county or on that reservation.".

AB591-SA9,1,8 2. Page 62, line 1: delete lines 1 to 7.

AB591-SA9,1,9 3. Page 62, line 12: delete lines 12 to 17.
