AB597-ASA1-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 4: after the comma insert "conversions of mutual savings and loan association to stock savings and loan association,".

AB597-ASA1-AA1,1,4 2. Page 17, line 22: after that line insert:

AB597-ASA1-AA1,1,5 " Section 61m. 215.58 (2) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

AB597-ASA1-AA1,1,9 215.58 (2) (d) The plan does not set aside stock in the converting association for the benefit of members of the board of directors and does not permit members of the board of directors to acquire stock in the converting association under terms that are different from the terms offered to depositors.".
