AB6-AA8,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB6-AA8,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: before that line insert:

AB6-AA8,1,3 " Section 1. 121.905 of the statutes is created to read:

AB6-AA8,1,6 121.905 Applicability. This subchapter does not apply to any school district if in the previous school year the school district's general fund divided by its membership was lower than that of 90% of all school districts.".

AB6-AA8,1,7 2. Page 1, line 3: substitute "Section 1m." for "Section 1.".

AB6-AA8,1,8 3. Page 1, line 6: after that line insert:

AB6-AA8, s. 3 Section 3. Initial applicability.

AB6-AA8,1,11 (1) The treatment of section 121.905 of the statutes first applies to the calculation of a school district's revenue limit for the 1995-96 school year.".
