AB608-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 11: after "requests" insert ", in writing,".

AB608-SA1,1,7 2. Page 2, line 2: after the period insert: "If a written request is made by a law enforcement officer under this subsection, the county clerk shall keep the request with the marriage license application form. If the county clerk destroys the marriage license application form, he or she shall also destroy the written request.".
