AB644-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB644-AA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 8: delete "and dated".

AB644-AA2,1,3 2. Page 1, line 12: after that line insert:

AB644-AA2,1,8 "(3) If more than one other document under sub. (1) exists and any of the provisions conflict, the court shall give effect to the most recent of the conflicting provisions, as indicated by the dates on which the documents were created if the documents are dated, or as otherwise determined by the court if the documents are not dated.".
