AB658-SA1,1,3 1. Page 6, line 22: delete "or to" and substitute a comma.

AB658-SA1,1,4 2. Page 6, line 23: after "personnel" insert "or another person".

AB658-SA1,1,7 3. Page 6, line 24: delete "or the member of the emergency health care facility" and substitute: ", member of the emergency health care facility's personnel or other person".
