ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 12, To 1995 ASSEMBLY BILL 69

AB69-AA12,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB69-AA12,1,3 1. Page 1, line 6: delete "city,"; and delete "or county" and substitute ", county or city other than a 1st class city".

AB69-AA12,1,4 2. Page 2, line 19: after that line insert:

AB69-AA12,1,10 "(c) No ordinance or resolution that is enacted or adopted under sub. (2) or which is subject to par. (a) applies to or may be enforced against an individual who is traveling directly through the political subdivision in which the ordinance or resolution is in effect if the individual is a nonresident of that political subdivision and if the firearm is unloaded and encased while the individual is in the political subdivision.".
