AB69-AA18,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB69-AA18,1,3 1. Page 2, line 6: delete "Nothing" and substitute: "Except as provided in par. (c), nothing".

AB69-AA18,1,5 2. Page 2, line 12: delete "If" and substitute: "Except as provided in par. (c), if".

AB69-AA18,1,6 3. Page 2, line 19: after that line insert:

AB69-AA18,1,13 "(c) If, in 1993 or any year thereafter, there are at least 150 deaths by firearms in a political subdivision, nothing in this section prohibits such a political subdivision from enacting and enforcing an ordinance or adopting and enforcing a resolution, after the effective date of this paragraph .... [revisor inserts date], that regulates the sale, purchase, purchase delay, transfer, ownership, use, keeping, possession, bearing, transportation, licensing, permitting, registration or taxation of any firearm.".
