AB69-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB69-AA4,1,3 1. Page 2, line 6: delete "Nothing" and substitute "Except as provided in par. (b) 2., nothing".

AB69-AA4,1,5 2. Page 2, line 12: delete "(b) If" and substitute "(b) 1. Except as provided in subd. 2., if".

AB69-AA4,1,6 3. Page 2, line 19: after that line insert:

AB69-AA4,1,12 "2. A political subdivision may enact an ordinance or adopt a resolution after the effective date of this subdivision .... [revisor inserts date], that regulates the sale, purchase, purchase delay, transfer, ownership, use, keeping, possession, bearing, transportation, licensing, permitting, registration or taxation of any firearm, and that is not the same as or similar to a state statute if the ordinance or resolution is approved in a referendum that is held in the political subdivision.".
