AB69-AA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB69-AA5,1,2 1. Page 2, line 6: delete lines 6 to 19 and substitute:

AB69-AA5,1,7 "(4) Nothing in this section prohibits a political subdivision from continuing to enforce an ordinance or resolution that regulates the sale, purchase, purchase delay, transfer, ownership, use, keeping, possession, bearing, transportation, licensing, permitting, registration or taxation of any firearm if the ordinance or resolution is in effect on May 1, 1995.".
