SENATE AMENDMENT 10, To 1995 ASSEMBLY BILL 69

AB69-SA10,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB69-SA10,1,2 1. Page 1, line 5: after that line insert:

AB69-SA10,1,3 "(am) "Handgun" has the meaning given in s. 175.35 (1) (b).".

AB69-SA10,1,5 2. Page 2, line 6: delete "Nothing" and substitute "Except as provided in par. (am), nothing".

AB69-SA10,1,6 3. Page 2, line 11: after that line insert:

AB69-SA10,1,10 "(am) Nothing in this section prohibits a city with a population of more than 100,000 from continuing to enforce an ordinance or resolution that bans the sale of handguns in that city if the ordinance or resolution is in effect on the effective date of this paragraph .... [revisor inserts date].".

AB69-SA10,1,12 4. Page 2, line 12: delete "If" and substitute "Except as provided in par. (am), if".
