AB693-AA1,1,8 1. Page 2, line 1: after "(1)" insert: "Definition. In this section, "survey, analysis or evaluation" does not include any communication between an official, employe or agent of a school board and an individual pupil, or notes or records of any such communication, if the communication is initiated by the pupil or the communication is initiated by an official, employe or agent of the school board who has reason to believe that the pupil has been abused or neglected, as defined in s. 48.981 (1) (a) and (d), or threatened with abuse or neglect.
