AB693-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB693-AA2,1,3 1. Page 2, line 7: delete "No" and substitute: "Except as provided in par. (d), no".

AB693-AA2,1,4 2. Page 3, line 2: after that line insert:

AB693-AA2,1,9 "(d) An official, employe or agent of a school board is not required to obtain the written consent of the pupil, if the pupil is an adult or an emancipated minor, or the written consent of the pupil's parent or guardian, if the pupil is an unemancipated minor, as required under par. (b), in an emergency situation requiring the immediate intervention of the official, employe or agent of a school board.".
