AB7-ASA1-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB7-ASA1-AA3,1,3 1. Page 3, line 7: delete "cost of administering" and substitute "state general purpose revenue funding for".

AB7-ASA1-AA3,1,7 2. Page 3, line 12: delete "biennium." and substitute "biennium. If the requirement that the local unit of government administer the program is terminated or reduced by the same amount that state general purpose funding is reduced, then no adjustment shall be made to the limitation under sub. (2)."
