AB7-ASA1-AA4,1,2 1. Page 2, line 3: after "and" insert "80% of the".

AB7-ASA1-AA4,1,4 2. Page 2, line 4: delete "this state's per capita personal income" and substitute: "the consumer price index, all items, U.S. city average".

AB7-ASA1-AA4,1,6 3. Page 2, line 6: delete "federal department of commerce" and substitute: "bureau of labor statistics of the federal department of labor".

AB7-ASA1-AA4,1,7 4. Page 2, line 7: after "and" insert "80% of".
