AB706-ASA2-AA3,1,8 " Section 51m. Nonstatutory provisions; state veterans cemeteries. Using the procedure under section 227.24 of the statutes, the department of veterans affairs shall promulgate rules to assess fees for burial at the cemeteries operated under section 45.358 of the statutes, for the period authorized under section 227.24 (1) (c) and (2) (a) of the statutes. Notwithstanding section 227.24 (1) (a), (2) (b) and (3) of the statutes, the department is not required to make a finding of emergency.".
